Foreign nationals must present passport and valid visa.
Guest Policy
Unmarried couples are allowed.
Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9:00 PM without prior permission from hotel management.
The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who do not follow hotel rules.
Payment Policy
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation allowed if informed at least 1 day prior to the check-in date.
Same-day cancellation or no-show may attract one night room charge.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms and indoor areas.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted on hotel premises.
Damage & Loss Policy
Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
Safety & Security
CCTV surveillance in common areas for guest safety.
Doctor on call facility available for emergencies.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel rules.
